The hydraulic rock splitter is a system comprised of two primary modules: the ultra-high-pressure hydraulic pump station (power unit) and the splitting actuator (the splitter).
Utilizing a two-stage pressure intensification structure, the rock splitter delivers a maximum splitting force of 30,000 tons. The splitter is optimized for a Ø152mm borehole diameter with a 2.1-meter drilling depth capacity while maintaining a hole spacing of 1600-1800mm.
