Excavator-Mounted Heavy-Duty Rock Splitter
Hydraulic Rock Breaker and Splitter (Non-impact)The hydraulic excavator-mounted rock splitter is a heavy-duty system comprised of two primary modules: the ultra-high-pressure hydraulic pump station (power unit) and the splitting actuator (the splitter).
Utilizing a two-stage pressure intensification structure, the rock splitter delivers a maximum splitting force of 15,000 tons. This power profile makes it uniquely suited for the high-strength static demolition of massive hard rock formations and heavily reinforced concrete.
The excavator-mounted splitter is optimized for a Ø135mm borehole diameter with a 2-meter drilling depth capacity. By maintaining a hole spacing of 1600-1800mm, the splitter achieves an ideal balance between fragmentation effectiveness and overall construction efficiency.
